Cocoa butter
A super skin-smoothing agent, it is an ingredient in many cosmetics and skincare products. Rich in Vitamin E, it also contains Vitamin K and healthy fatty acids like oleic, linoleic, arachidic, and palmitic, which work to protect the skin’s moisture, healing and protecting it.

Coconut oil

Vanilla extract

Make your perfume: Mix one tablespoon of vanilla extract with 3 tablespoons of almond oil and store it in a dark spray bottle. This perfume is known to last up to 6 months. Vanilla extract can also be used in an antioxidant bath: Mix 1 tablespoon vanilla, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup water, and ½ cup baking soda. Pour this mixture into the water in your bath, and it will give you a skin freshening bath that removes bacterial odor.

Banana, papaya, citrus fruits, avocado, watermelon, apple, lemon, and tomato are just a few examples of fruits that are highly beneficial for your skin.

Use fruits as a face mask: Cut the fruit and make a paste or juice of it. Mix it with a tablespoon of lemon juice or olive oil according to your skin type.
